Designer Agreement

Welcome to BCC Designs! We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to partner with you and offer your designs on our website. 

Our mission is to provide you as an artist with a mostly passive income stream to supplement your business. We pride ourselves on quality products and excellent customer service. 

Please read the following agreement in its entirety and reach out with any questions or concerns. 

Royalty Payout

  1. Royalties for all designs purchased is 20% of sales. A design that has a price tag of $15.50 would result in royalty earnings of $3.10 each time the design is sold.

  2. Royalties will be paid out monthly on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. Example: January royalties will be calculated and paid out on February 15. These payments can be made to you via paper check or ACH.

Designer Website Presence

  1. You will have your own section set up on our website. Your designer section will include a brief about the designer intro (written by you) along with your logo, high quality photos of your designs and purchase options. We will also include links to your social media pages. You will be able to preview your section and advise us of any changes you would like to see prior to the section going live. If you have photos you would like for us to use, please let us know.

  2. Designs should be emailed to artistportal@bcc-designs.com.  Please include your business name in the subject line of the email. We will respond with confirmation that your design has been received and let you know the ETA for having successfully converted them into a cut file.

    1. Designs are preferred as an SVG file but can be PDF or JPG as well.
    2. Please include both a color and black/white file of each design. This helps differentiate between cut and paint lines. 
  1. Your designer collection will be sent for your approval within 3 business days of submission and will be made live as soon as we receive your approval.

  2. Feel free to advertise the link on your own website and social media. This helps us both out!

Product Offerings

  1. Your designs will be offered in sizes ranging from 8” to 24”
  2. Options will be available for paint lines as well as without.

  3. 3D designs are available as well.

Production Times/Shipping 

  1. Our production time for orders is 7 to 10 business days. This may be shorter depending on workload.

  2. All items will ship same or next day after completion, depending on shipping company schedules.


Designer Personal Use Blanks

We would love to provide your personal blanks for you as well! To show our appreciation for partnering with us, you will receive the following price breaks for your orders. 

  1. Orders for 1 to 10 blanks 15% Discount - $8 Flat Rate Shipping
  2. Orders for 10 to 20 blanks 20% Discount - $15 Flat Rate Shipping
  3. Orders for over 20 pieces 25% Discount - $20 Flat Rate Shipping

  4. Orders for over 50 pieces 28% Discount - Free Shipping

  5. We do offer local pickup/meetup for designers within a 30 mile radius of Leesburg, Ga.
  • Royalties are not paid on personal orders.

    Unique discount codes for special pricing will be provided for you during initial setup.

    Referral Program

    To show our appreciation to our designers for helping us grow, we offer a $25 referral bonus for any designers that partner with us from your recommendation. 

     

    1. Designers will receive their own unique referral code during initial setup. This code will need to be provided to us by your fellow designer in order for you to receive credit.

     

    1. Referral bonuses will be paid out along with royalty payments on the 15th of each month for the previous month. (You refer someone in January, your bonus will be paid on February 15)
    2. No limit to referral bonuses paid. The more designers the merrier!
