Refund Policy

All products are cut specifically for you when you place an order. Therefore all sales are final. Please ensure that information provided to us for custom/personalized orders is correct when placing your order. For custom/personalized orders you will be provided with a sign off form and product proof for your signature to help ensure we have the correct information.

We warranty our products against poor quality workmanship; however, items must be returned in like new condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returned products are eligible for a refund totaling the original purchase price. Any refunds issued will be less the original shipping cost.
