Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. We will ship your order using the most cost effective option. Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.
Once your order ships, we are not responsible for transit times or damages. Damaged items are eligible for refunds. You must provide photos of both damaged box or envelope as well as product. damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 10% return fee.
