Rhodie & Archie

I’m Shae, the chaotic mind behind Rhodie & Archie.  I’m new to the door hanger and template world, started in 2024. I started painting door hangers as a way to cope with stress while caring for my elderly parents and my youngest leaving for college, which lead to template designing. My business name, Rhodie & Archie, is a tribute to my great-grandparents. Rhodie, a petite lady, always wore an apron and if going outside a bonnet. Her kitchen counter was always stocked with homemade cookies “ tea cakes” in an old glass jar. Archie, a kind and gentle soul, kept a bag of circus peanuts under his pillow for my sister and me before he passed away. He would affectionately call my sister, Tasha, and me “Shaetashshae”.

The world of door hangers and templates has brought joy to my life, and I hope my designs will bring a little joy your way.
